1. To develop the structure necessary to support startup activities, initial fund raising efforts, and obtain

- Continue
to pursue grant opportunities to provide scholarships
2. To identify, secure & prepare a developmentally
appropriate physical location for continued training and educational services.- Lease an appropriate
facility
- Obtain appropriate insurance
- Remodel the facility as needed
- Meet all applicable safety and
regulatory standards
3. To hire staff and establish administrative procedures.- Establish
personnel policies
- Locate Masters Level Behavior Analyst
- Hire Direct Service staff (Behavioral Aides)

To provide services for between 5 and 10 families per qualified behavior analyst.- Develop Intake &
