Objectives

 

1. To develop the structure necessary to support startup activities, initial fund raising efforts, and obtain the funds necessary for startup and first year operations.
  • Recruit additional Board Members willing to support both program and fund raising activities
  • Recruit additional advisory board members 
  • Market the IBT program through board members, funders, and parents
  • Seek funding from individuals, foundations, and corporations
  • Continue to pursue grant opportunities to provide scholarships
2. To identify, secure & prepare a developmentally appropriate physical location for continued training and educational services.
  • Lease an appropriate facility
  • Obtain appropriate insurance
  • Remodel the facility as needed
  • Meet all applicable safety and regulatory standards
3. To hire staff and establish administrative procedures.
  • Establish personnel policies
  • Locate Masters Level Behavior Analyst
  • Hire Direct Service staff (Behavioral Aides)
4. To provide services for between 5 and 10 families per qualified behavior analyst.
  • Develop Intake & Referral/Recruitment Procedures
  • Establish Baseline procedures
  • Create curriculum
  • Create Materials for Students, Parents, Staff
  • Maintain Waiting List Policies
