Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a community-based teaching, training, and research organization serving children with Autism and their families. We are seeking to hire caring individuals to provide in-home and community based intervention services to these children and their families.
Positions Available:
Behavioral Aide
SALARY: $8.50-$11.00 per hour commensurate with training and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree, pursuit of degree, or college credit in Behavior Analysis, Education, Counseling, School Psychology, Psychology, or related field
- Six months minimum working or volunteering with young children with Developmental Disabilities (e.g., Autism) or special needs
- Candidates selected must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate coursework in Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, and/or Psychology or related field
- Practicum experience with delivering evidence-based interventions with children ages 18 months to 13 years
- Work experience with parents
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail as demonstrated in work experience
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct intervention sessions and collect direct and indirect measures of behavior
2. Attend scheduled training and staff meetings
3. Train to criteria on observation codes and coding
4. Coordinate observation schedule with supervisor and families; assist with standard office responsibilities (e.g. preparing materials, filing, time sheets)
Intensive Individual Support Provider
SALARY: $13.00-$18.00 per hour commensurate with training and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree, or 60 college credit in Behavior Analysis, Education, Counseling, School Psychology, Psychology, or related field
- 1,000 hours working with a child with an autism spectrum disorder
- Candidates selected must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
